Busy lives demand more convenient payment options. Perry County Memorial Hospital offers options to pay your bills online, on your own time. can be made with a credit card (must be MasterCard, Visa, or Discover)

Make a Hospital Payment
You must have a valid email address for online hospital payments and your account number, which can be found on your billing 声明.
后 clicking on the Make a Hospital Payment Here button below, you will be prompted to enter your email address, patient ID (account number), last name, and zip code. 后 the appropriate information is entered, 按“立即付款”键.”

- Pay by phone: please call (812) 547-7011 and ask for admitting to pay your bill via phone. Please ensure you have your bill ready when you call.
- Pay by mail or in person: please make checks payable to Perry County Memorial Hospital . To mail in a check, please use the address 8885 State Road 237, 告诉城市, IN 47586. If paying the bill in person, our front desk admitting clerk may assist you between 8 AM and 3:30 PM Monday-Friday.
